How EFT Tapping Helps Sensitive Business Owners Release Fear
Tapping isn’t about bulldozing your brain into submission.
It’s about giving your nervous system the signal: “You’re safe now. We can let this go.”
We use EFT to:

Emotional Alchemy Ritual
Step 1: Choose a flower essence
Try one of these:
• Rock Rose — for terror, panic, or freeze
• Aspen — for vague dread or fear of something bad happening
• Larch — for self-doubt and fear of getting it wrong
Step 2: Journal on this:
What belief keeps flaring up — even though I know it’s not true?
Where do I still feel unsafe to be visible, honest, or in motion?
Step 3: Tapping sequence
Start with the side of your hand, tapping gently and repeating:
“Even though I know better, my body still feels scared, and I accept how I feel.”
(Repeat x3)
Then tap through all the points:
• Top of head: “I keep freezing, even when I want to move.”
• Eyebrow: “It’s not a mindset problem.”
• Side of eye: “It’s my body trying to protect me.”
• Under eye: “This fear used to keep me safe.”
• Under nose: “But I’m not in that old story anymore.”
• Chin: “I’m allowed to feel safe here.”
• Collarbone: “I’m allowed to be visible, even if I’m still scared.”
• Under arm: “I’m allowed to let go of this pattern.”
• Top of head: “It’s safe to do things differently now.”
Breathe. Tap again if needed. Go gently.
