Session One — Map Your States
We gently explore what each nervous system state (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) actually feels like for you. You’ll start to recognise how stress shows up in your body and behaviour — so it’s not just happening to you anymore.
“When I’m shut down, I feel…” / “When I’m on edge, I act like…” — we map your personal signals.
Session Two — Triggers & Glimmers
We uncover what sets you off and what helps you feel good again. Together, we create a simple visual of the people, places, thoughts, and patterns that send you into stress… and the tiny moments (glimmers) that bring you back.
Session Three — Regulating Resources Map
Now that you know what happens and what causes it, we map out the tools that help.
What works when you’re on your own? What helps when someone’s with you? What helps you shift states and come back to feeling grounded? We co-create your personalised toolkit of regulating resources: practical, sensory-friendly ways to shift how you feel.
Session Four — Tap & Trust
We spend a full session using EFT tapping to gently work on one of your key stress triggers. When you reduce the stress in your body, you can finally hear the wisdom your body wants you to know. Your personalised coaching insight, courtesy of your regulated nervous system! We also help embed the belief that you can come back to balance, that you’re not stuck, and you’re not powerless.
