Single Essential Oils

Lavender

A calming and soothing oil, Lavender can bring comfort and help you relax. Really good at promoting a peaceful night's sleep. It is also a great oil to have on hand for reducing skin imperfections and soothing skin irritations. A gentle oil, it is a staple for my toddler and his eczema.

Take a look at where your calming Lavender oil comes from. Visualise those beautiful fields every time you take the lid of your bottle!

Tea Tree

Another staple in my Toddler Tool Kit. Tea Tree (also known as Melaleuca) is a gentle oil that packs a punch. It has antifungal and antiseptic properties so is another great one for skin complaints. I use Tea Tree and Lavender in my eczema lotion for my son. I also use this on my toothbrush along with my toothbrush if I have any mouth ulcers, works a treat.

Take a trip to NSW, Australia to see where your bottle of Tea Tree is grown and harvested, by people so passionate about what they do. It's infectious!

Wild Orange

I absolutely love the smell of Wild Orange oil, it really does make you feel a lot happier than before you opened the bottle. I do a scent tent with this every morning, as part of my daily oil use. It is a stimulating and purifying oil, which you can use to boost your mood, your energy levels, your immune system* (*when taken internally). It can cleanse your body as well as your kitchen surfaces and purify the air when you diffuse it.

Check out the film on the families who help bring us this incredibly uplifting oil from Southern Brazil.

Peppermint

A deliciously refreshing scent peppermint oil can help alleviate occasional stomach upset and promotes healthy respiratory function and clear breathing and digestive health when taken internally. I have Coeliac disease and I use this if I ever get glutened. I’ve replaced the over-the-counter peppermint oil pills with these and the difference is incredible. Oh and it is a great natural bug and spider repellent!

Check out the film below to see where your little bottle of minty goodness comes from and the people who really care that you love the oil as much as they love producing it! These films make me so happy, to connect with the story of each oil.

Oil Blends

Balance

My most well used oil! I rub this on my feet morning and night to ground myself, stop my brain from over thinking, especially helpful at bedtime, and balance my emotions. This blend of Spruce Leaf, Ho Wood Leaf, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower essential oils in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil is a very stabilising oil and can help with feelings of being out of control.

On Guard

This protective blend of Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary oils supports the immune systems natural defenses. It is an energising and uplifting blend with antioxidant benefits. I think it smells like Christmas. I use this in every room in our house in some form or another. Cleaner concentrate in the kitchen to clean the sides and the floor, to wash fruit, a cleansing boost to the washing and a quick spray around the washing machine after each wash. It is a great non-tox, natural cleanser. We use it to clean the bathroom without concern for Charlie and his sensitive skin that you might get with harsh products. We also diffuse it, take the pills and roll On Guard Touch on when we need to boost our immunity.

AromaTouch

This comforting and relaxing blend of Cypress Leaf, Peppermint, Marjoram Leaf, Basil Leaf, Grapefruit Peel, Lavender Flower essential oils can reduce stress and tension. I add a few drops to some Epsom salts for a really relaxing bath. Added candles and meditation music a bonus!! If like me, you get tension in your neck or shoulders when you get stressed this is a great oil to rub in to release tightness. My shoulders always end up by my ears when I’m stressed! Also a brilliant oil to apply before a yoga class to add to the blissful feeling.

Deep Blue

This soothing blend of Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus oils is great for aches and pains as it can also help lessen tension and provide targeted soothing comfort. Good for a back rub after a day of toddler wrangling or an intense workout (same thing!!).
